I have upgraded the Ventrilo Chat Server software to version 3.0.2. The issue with servers that have multiple IP addresses has been fixed so everything is working well now.
Last night as many of you may have noticed the server was down for an extended amount of time. The short version is I have replaced the server with a newer and faster one.
We experienced some down time tonight between 10pm-11pm and 11:30pm-12:00am. The trouble was caused by a failing CPU fan on the server. The problem became an issue after a system update and reboot where the fan failed to spin up again.
For some time now our main webmail client has been Open Webmail. Previously if you visited www.yourdomain.com/webmail you were presented with the login screen for Open Webmail. I have changed the way the webmail works because I have added a third wemail option.
