For some time now our main webmail client has been Open Webmail. Previously if you visited www.yourdomain.com/webmail you were presented with the login screen for Open Webmail. I have changed the way the webmail works because I have added a third wemail option. We have had Squirrelmail installed on the server for some time now, though most people did not know it was there because the default /webmail/ link took you directly to the Open Webmail login. Today I have added RoundCube Webmail to the server as well. When I did this, I changed the /webmail/ link so it takes you to a page that allows you to choose the client that you wish to use. You can access the webmail programs directly by using the following links; Open Webmail - http://www.yourdomain.com/owm SquirrelMail Webmail - http://www.yourdomain.com/squirrelmail RoundCube Webmail - http://www.yourdomain.com/roundcube Each mail client has it's own feature set. I encourage you to try all three of them and decide which one fits you best. No matter which one you use your emails will be visible, but the program options are unique to each mail program. |
